PRÉ-CONFERÊNCIA DE MULHERES S/ T DEFINE PRIORIDADES

A Subprefeitura Santana/Tucuruvi e a Secretaria Municipal de Participação e Parceria, por intermédio da Coordenadoria da Mulher, realizou a Pré-Conferência Municipal de Políticas Públicas para as Mulheres e decidiu quais serão os temas a serem levados para a 4ª Conferência Municipal de Mulheres da Cidade, a ser realizada em Agosto.

O objetivo dessa reunião foi discutir diretrizes e políticas públicas para superação das desigualdades de gênero, tendo como perspectiva o fortalecimento da autonomia econômica, cultural e política das mulheres. Para definir as prioridades, formaram-se cinco salas, cada qual com um tema definido em reuniões anteriores. Nessas salas, os participantes debateram quais eram os interesses que a região tem e o que precisa melhorar. Assim, saíram cinco propostas de cada grupo.
Essas propostas passaram por uma votação que definiu os três mais importantes, e que serão levados à Conferência Municipal. O tema Geração de Renda propôs a criação de novas creches para facilitar o trabalho da mulher, implantação de CCM (Centro de Cidadania da Mulher) visando a capacitação e renda e parcerias com ONG's para levar capacitação a bairros mais afastados. O tema Enfrentamento à Violência propôs a criação de uma Delegacia da Mulher com funcionamento 24 horas, ter um CCM na região central de Santana, pelo fácil acesso, e a criação de um conselho municipal de direito das mulheres com caráter deliberativo.
Na área da Saúde, criar o Hospital da Mulher, melhorar o agendamento de consultas e exames, e fortalecer o SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde) e o programa Mãe Paulistana. Quanto à Participação da Mulher no Poder Público, sugeriu-se a criação de uma política de comunicação para divulgar o direito das mulheres, criar espaços como fóruns regionais e a criação de uma secretaria municipal de políticas públicas para mulheres com orçamento próprio. O último tema a ser debatido foi sobre a Educação Inclusiva, que sugeriu a ampliação do número de creches e EMEFs (Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental) em período integral, promoção de cursos para educadores para a implementação efetiva da Lei 11.645/08 e garantir infra-estrutura para atividades culturais voltadas às moradoras da região.

Segundo Márcia Vitoriano, da Coordenadoria da Mulher, é uma conquista ter havido uma pré-conferência exclusiva para discutir os direitos da mulher aqui em Santana / Tucuruvi. Afirma também que desde o começo foi um processo participativo, pois a sociedade civil foi chamada pra estar presente, além de pessoas do governo local para discutir juntos a necessidade e interesses das mulheres da região.

@ Uma pesquisa realizada pelo Instituto Avon/Ipsos - Percepções sobre a Violência Doméstica contra a Mulher no Brasil entre 31/01 e 10/02/2011, reconhece que seis em cada 10 brasileiros conhecem alguma mulher que foi vítima de violência doméstica. Desse total, 63% tomaram alguma atitude, o que demonstra a mobilização de grande parte da sociedade para enfrentar o problema.
@ A Coordenadoria da Mulher foi criada em 1990, para melhorar a condição social que as mulheres enfrentam e os diversos problemas como a violência e a discriminação, além de fazer com que elas sejam respeitadas pela sociedade. Os principais projetos da Coordenadoria visam conscientizar as mulheres de seus direitos e lhes dar condições para praticar sua cidadania.
