ACIDENTE ADIARÁ A ENTREGA DA FÁBRICA DE CULTURA

Uma das regiões mais vulneráveis da cidade, a Brasilândia terá que esperar indefinidamente pela abertura da Fábrica de Cultura, que estava em obra na av. Inajar de Souza há mais de dois anos. Houve o desabamento da laje da cobertura de um dos prédios do complexo, que abrigaria o teatro, com a morte de um operário e ferimentos em cinco trabalhadores.

A obra, orçada em R$ 13,2 milhões, era tocada pela construtora Ubiratan. O secretário estadual da Cultura, Andrea Matarazzo, ordenou a imediata paralisação desta e também da obra da Fábrica de Cultura Cidade Tiradentes, ambas sob o encargo da mesma construtora. Funcionários da Secretaria Estadual da Cultura - SEC, junto a técnicos do CREA-SP - Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia, e do IPT - Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas, farão uma investigação das causas do acidente.

A laje da cobertura do 2ª prédio desmoronou, causando uma morte e cinco feridos.

Essas fábricas são instalações públicas propostas para levar atividades de Cultura às regiões periféricas da cidade, áreas carentes que praticamente não têm oferta de lazer e Cultura pelo poder público. Na Zona Norte estão programadas também as Fábricas de Cultura de Vila Nova Cachoeirinha e do Jaçanã..

O portal ZNnaLinha acompanha a construção da Fábrica de Cultura Vila Nova Cachoeirinha. A parte de alvenaria (obras civis) já está pronta há mais de um ano, mas até agora não houve a inauguração. Segundo Renata Beltrão, assessora de imprensa da SEC, a organização social (espécie de ONG) que vai gerir essa Fábrica já está comprando os equipamentos e mobiliário, e sua inauguração deve acontecer ainda neste 1º semestre.
